With over 50 years of combined experience in the construction and lighting industry, we know first-hand the number of moving parts in your projects. Our goal at Lowcountry Lighting Studio is to bridge the gap between you and your clients from conception to completion.
How does LLS go about this? We assist with electrical design and layout, rough in, decorative lighting selections, landscape, and specialty LED lighting. Our showroom is full of options as well as a lighting lab to help your clients understand and make the more technical selections easier.
We don't stop there. At Lowcountry Lighting Studio, we know the project isn't finished until you have the product in hand and ready for install. We service our builders with detailed deliveries, lighting packets and open communication.
Once you become part of the Lowcountry Lighting Family, you and your designers will have the opportunity to reserve our “Lowcountry Lighting Loft”- a feature that will offer your clients an elevated experience.

We love working with designers at Lowcountry Lighting Studio! We know that your clients’ projects are especially important and that they are trusting you to make their visions come to life.
Lighting has always been a huge part of a design project, but designers are not always valued by retailers. Co-founded by an interior design professional and drawing upon her personal experiences, LLS has created a designer program that not only alleviates the stress that the selection process can cause but offers a more enjoyable experience for the client.
Once you have registered for our “Lowcountry Lighting Studio Designer Program,” you will receive many benefits including designer pricing, exclusives about new products and upcoming events, a waived $250 reservation fee with one of our lighting-specialist, and much more.
One of our favorite features in our studio is our “Lighting Loft.” As a registered designer, you will be able to reserve this space for you and your clients to elevate their selection process.

More times than not, potential buyers want to make changes when they purchase a new home. Lowcountry Lighting Studio would like to work with you and be your go-to lighting showroom for you and your clients.
We know that builders, designers, and realtors all work for the common goal: to make their clients’ houses a home. For this reason, we offer a realtor program to our registered realtors.
For a $250 client reservation fee, registered realtors can book an appointment at the studio to meet with a lighting specialist and/or designer and the fee will be applied to any purchases by the client.
Additionally, you’re entitled to lighting books to showcase new lighting options, special discounts to pass along to your clients, and much more.
